Staxx will share with us what has helped him to become a successful writer, producer and team member in the world of audio branding.  He will talk to us about radio imaging, play his favourite pieces of radio, talk about why they work and the creative processes behind them.  Staxx will also talk about finding inspiration, dealing with your inner critic and about tackling doubt.

Alison will talk to us about the big trends and shifts in audience behaviours. audio on demand, the resurgent commercial radio sector and the shifts in behaviour as a result of Covid 19.  Alison will also share with us the BBC’s response to changing audience demands, the development of new products and how the audience’s relationship with live radio has changed.
