Kiela is the Director of Digital at Bauer Media Audio Ireland and is responsible for leading the digital strategy across all Bauer Ireland brands with a particular focus on driving accelerated growth in digital audio listening. Although she has the pleasure of working across all brands within the Bauer portfolio, one of her proudest achievements over the last number of years is the launch and evolution of GoLoud – a digital audio brand on app, online and on smart speaker, which has now grown to include its own slate of original podcast content, live events and specialised music stations and has gained significant resonance with audiences in the Irish market.

Prior to Bauer Audio, Kiela was Head of Digital for 2 international brands at Failte Ireland – the Wild Atlantic Way and Dublin. Her work on proposition development and translating these propositions into 2 of the most digitally successful brands in and for Ireland is something she is very proud of.
