Frans Kok graduated from the School for Journalism and started his career in 1993 as a qualitative market researcher at MarketResponse, where he became a specialist in communication and media research. Since 2009 he has worked for various JICs for media audience measurement in the Netherlands. First during a 5-year period as managing director of the JIC STIR, the Internet Audience Measurement, and since 2016 he is responsible for the RAM in The Netherlands. In 2017, Frans also acted as interim managing director for SKO, the JIC for the TV and Video audience measurement. In addition to his work as a director, Frans is an ISO auditor for the Dutch Association for Marketing-insights, Research and Analytics (MOA).
